Thanks to our digital control turning machine, we are able to turn parts and achieve machining of parts requiring revolution, only for a unit or for a run :
Turning requires to metal bars with a diameter similar to the requested finished products. Our workshop is also able to turn profiled parts (a hexagonal rod in order to carry our 6 pans nuts as an example).
We withdraw the material thanks to carbide and speed steel tools.
Waterjet cutting is an eco-friendly technique. High-pressure water (up to 6200 pressure bars) is used to cut the all material types with a very high precision.
